Important updates on fees crediting for Ukrainian sellers

Latest update: December 7, 2022

The crisis in Ukraine has profoundly impacted Ukrainian sellers and disrupted the global economy. Since February 2022, eBay has supported them by waiving all selling fees for Ukrainian sellers, encouraging eBay sellers to donate to charitable relief organizations, and protecting sellers who ship to Ukraine from late shipment penalties, feedback, and other account penalties.

Information is constantly updated

1. Waiving your selling fees* starting from February 2022 through December 31, 2022.

a. Selling fees for February 2022 and March 2022 have already been credited back to your account. Selling fees starting April 2022 will be waived automatically. You don’t have to take any action.

b. eBay will resume charging normal selling fees for any items sold after December 31, 2022.

*Starting September 9, 2022, Promoted Listings Ad fees (including Promoted Listings Standard, Promoted Listings Advanced and Promoted Listings Express) are collected.

2. Waiving your Store subscription fees from February 2022 through December 31, 2022.

a. Store subscription fees for February 2022 and March 2022 have already been credited back to your account. Store subscription fees starting April 2022 will be credited back automatically. You don’t have to take any action.

Note that protections for Ukrainian sellers and sellers who ship to Ukraine will remain in place. We also remind you that you can use the Time Away option at any time.

You can continue to support your favorite charitable organizations by donating a portion of your sales on eBay. When you donate 10% or more through Sell for a Cause on eBay for Charity, your item will feature a charity ribbon that will grab buyers’ attention. Your item may also be featured in the Charity Shop and sell faster — even at a premium price.

We stand with Ukraine and thank everyone who is working to support those impacted by the crisis.
