eBay always stands for local sellers and due to the troubling events in Ukraine further to our previous announcement dated March 29, 2022, we are expanding seller protections measures and the details are as follows:
1. Waiving your selling fees starting February 2022.
a. Selling fees for February have already been credited back to your account
b. Selling fees for March will be credited back to you by the end of April. You don’t have to take any action
c. Selling fees starting April will be waived automatically. You don’t have to take any action
2. Waiving your store subscription fees starting February 2022.
a. Store subscription fees for February have already been credited back to your account
b. Store subscription fees for March will be credited back to you by the end of April. You don’t have to take any action
c. Store subscription fees starting April will be credited back automatically. You don’t have to take any action
3. Crediting back early termination fees that might have occurred starting February 24, 2022 if you cancel your yearly store subscription. Early termination fees will be credited back automatically, you don’t have to take any action.
We also remind you that you can use the Time Away option at any time.
