Miguel says that he has implemented certain practices to provide better customer service: answering buyers’ questions, overnight shipping, and assistance with installation.
Miguel and his partners made a significant investment to start the project because of the cost of the supplied products is quite high, and they have tripled the initial investment by now. About 70%-75% of the company income is generated from export sales. “eBay is one of the safest platforms available, it streamlines customer contact worldwide,” — says Miguel.
