Due to the recent postal strike situation in Serbia that affected regional sellers, eBay is putting in place seller protections to reduce the impact it will have on their accounts.
If you currently have items in transit from Serbia:
Protection is valid for transactions or orders with item location in Serbia that are shipped with Post Serbia carrier with transaction or handling dates between October 24, 2023 and November 23, 2023:
- Late shipment rate defect will be removed and won’t affect your Seller Standards. eBay will also remove all negative or neutral seller feedback on these transactions
- “Item not received” (INR) count in Service Metrics will be removed. To be eligible, upload valid tracking before the Estimated Delivery Date
