To help sellers in the challenging COVID-19 environment eBay has increased monthly Zero Insertion Fee Listings, starting on August 1, 2020.
These changes will be available to all eBay sellers. The number of additional monthly Zero Insertion Fee Listings sellers will receive depends on whether a seller has an eBay Store subscription as well as on their eBay Store subscription levels.

Sellers who have signed up for Managed Payments will receive additional monthly zero insertion fee Listings in select categories. Managed Payments is currently available on a limited, invitation-only basis and eBay will expand the experience to more sellers in 2021.
