Top Rated

Your seller performance is exceeding expectations and you are awarded with exclusive benefits.

Above Standard

You’re meeting eBay’s expectations. Everything’s OK!

Below Standard

Your performance is too low to meet the platform’s minimum standards. Your account may be restricted.

Check your seller level

To check your seller level and service metrics, go to the Cross-Border-Trade (CBT) Seller Dashboard. It shows your current performance status, Bad Buyer Experience rate and Item Not Received rate. Monitor your performance and improve it if necessary!

Frequently asked questions

What can I sell on eBay?

Almost anything: from collectible cards and handmade goods to auto parts. However, there is a list of prohibited and restricted items. We also remove listings that violate legislation or infringe on intellectual property.

How much does it cost to sell on eBay?

Your first 250 listings per month are free, but if you exceed that limit you’ll pay $0.35 per listing. When your item sells, you also pay a final value fee (up to a 14.35% depending on the category plus $0.30 per order).

How do I get paid on eBay?

Payments are processed automatically. You can set up your payouts schedule (daily, weekly, or fortnightly) and receive payouts to your bank account or Payoneer account depending on your country of registration.

What if I ship an item but something happens to it that’s beyond my control?

Don’t worry — eBay has your back. In cases like weather delays, carrier issues, or late deliveries (as long as tracking shows you shipped on time), eBay will protect you by removing any negative or neutral feedback and defects related to the situation. This ensures you’re not punished for circumstances outside your control.

Is it profitable to open an eBay Store?

A Store subscription gives you an opportunity to build your own brand, a higher limit of Zero insertion fee listings, and powerful promotion tools. You can also save up to 50% on final value fees.
