Reserved Price Promotion T&C

You have been selected by eBay to participate in the Reserve Price Auction promotion (the “Promotion”).

Details of the Promotion are set out below:

Auto Waive Off

i.e. as an eBay Seller you will pay a discounted fee for the reserved price auction listing feature

Incentive Value

If you fulfil the Incentive Criteria during the Promotion Period, eBay will make an incentive payment to you (the “Incentive”) equivalent to:

1. 70 % of the eBay Reserved Price Listing Fee that you pay for the applicable listing;

Incentive Criteria (Promotion Specific)

To qualify for an Incentive payment, you must, during the Promotion Period and using this eBay account, meet or exceed the following:

1. Simply create a listing on the Applicable eBay Site and utilize the “Reserve Price” auction feature*.

Incentive Criteria (General)

At all times during the Promotion Period you must ensure that:

1. you are not flagged with a critical violation of any eBay policy; and
2. you maintain an “Above Standard” eBay seller status.

Key Definitions

In this Promotion the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

“Reserve Price” means the minimum amount that you, as a seller, would be willing to sell an item for. If the reserve price isn't met, the item won't be sold.

“eBay Policies” means any and all policies maintained by eBay in connection with its business, as may be amended from time to time.

Incentive Payment

Incentive payments under this Promotion are subject to the following:

1. the Incentive will be applied automatically each time that you make a listing using the Reservice Price listing feature;
2. Only listings that are on Reserve price auction feature and difference between Reserve price and highest bid offered by buyer is less than 75%;
3. eBay may “claw back” any Incentive payments that are made to you but the difference between the reserve price and highest bid offered by seller is greater than 75%.

Promotion terms & conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in full at Promotion T&Cs (the “Promotion T&Cs”).

Here is a summary of the key points in the Promotion T&Cs:

1. Participation: Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee entitlement to any Incentive.
2. eBay’s Determination: eBay’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final.
3. Confidentiality: You may not disclose or publicize any of eBay’s confidential information to any third party, including to any current or former eBay Sellers or Buyers.
4. Construction: If there is any conflict between the Promotion T&Cs and the eBay Policies, the eBay Policies shall take precedence.
