This promotion is only available to eBay accounts and designated eBay sites that have received invitations.

To participate in the promotion, invited eBay accounts will have to (1) confirm their eligibility and relevant information in Seller Hub, and (2) click on the promotion participation link.

If you fulfil the Incentive Criteria during the Promotion Period, eBay will make an incentive payment to you (the “Incentive”) equivalent to:

To qualify for the Incentive payment, you must, during the Promotion Period and using this eBay account, meet or exceed the following:

Incentive Criteria (General)

At all times during the Promotion Period, you must ensure that:

never have a negative balance on your eBay seller account;
maintain an “Above Standard” eBay seller status;
are not subject to eBay action(s) under BBE Outlier or similar; and
do not breach any eBay Policies

Note: Accounts that do not successfully opt-in the Promotion cannot enjoy the Incentive/ discount offered by this Promotion.

Suggestions to increase the efficiency of the Priority Campaign Strategy

Set the campaign date as "continuous";
Set daily budget to at least US$20/£20/€20/AU$20 (corresponding to eBay US/UK/DE/AU site);
Adopt high-potential and new listings;
Use smart targeting first;
Combine with manual advertising, accurately locate keywords with good performance; (e.g. high Return on Ad Spend (the “ROAS”), high conversion rate, high click-through-rate, etc.)

In this Promotion, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

“BBE Outlier” means a bad buyer experience (“BBE”) rate outlier policy. Sellers with a higher than average BBE rate may be subject to a range of actions (for more information, click here).

“eBay Policies” means any and all policies maintained by eBay in connection with its business, as may be amended from time to time.

“INR” means Item Not Received. Sellers with a higher than average INR rate may be subject to a range of actions (for more information, refer to BBE Outlier).

“Priority Campaign Strategy Advertising” means a cost-per-click advertising solution with priority access to ad placements across eBay. By selecting and using a priority strategy, you can boost your listings to accelerate sales and reach motivated buyers.

“Priority Campaign Strategy Advertising Fees” means the total fees for Priority Campaign Strategy Advertising charged for advanced ads which cannot exceed the daily budget you set each day.

“Promotional Offers Tab” means the box in your Seller Hub labelled “Promotional Offers”, this being a tool for eBay sellers to manage promotions to encourage sales and growth for their business.

“Seller Hub” means your centralized hub for seller account management, providing an overview of your sales performance, listing activity, and alerts for any issues or necessary actions.

Incentive Payment

Please note the following in relation to this Promotion:

you will be able to use the Incentive 24 hours after activating the Promotion;
the Incentive can only be used during the Promotion Period;
the balance of your Incentive will be displayed on your Seller Hub under the Promotional Offers Tab throughout the Promotion Period or until it is used up; and
the Incentive is limited to US$500 per eBay seller (converted into the currency of Applicable eBay Site).

Example:

In the US site, if seller spends a total of US$1,000 on Priority Campaign Strategy Advertising Fee starting from 24 hours after seller clicks on the participation link and during the Promotion Period, the advertising fee deduction is US$1,000*50% = US$500.
In the US site, if seller spends a total of US$2,000 on Priority Campaign Strategy Advertising Fee 24 hours after seller clicks on the participation link and during the Promotion Period, the advertising fee deduction is up to US$500 (as it reaches the maximum).

Promotion Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in full at Promotion T&Cs (the “Promotion T&Cs”).

Here is a summary of the key points in the Promotion T&Cs:

Participation: Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee entitlement to any Incentive.
eBay’s Determination: eBay’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final.
Confidentiality: You may not disclose or publicize any of eBay’s confidential information to any third party, including to any current or former eBay Sellers or Buyers.
Construction: If there is any conflict between the Promotion T&Cs and the eBay Policies, the eBay Policies shall take precedence.
