What is eBay SpeedPAK?
eBay SpeedPAK is a shipping service provided by Orange Connex (“OC”). Since 2018, SpeedPAK, eBay’s flagship managed shipping program, has been delivering hundreds of millions of items shipped by eBay sellers to eBay buyers in over 50 countries. eBay SpeedPAK — DHL Express is now available in United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) in collaboration with OC.
What is CPaSS?
eBay SpeedPAK will only be available on Crossborder Parcel Shipping Solution (“CPaSS”), which is a multi-carrier shipping service management platform developed by eBay that allows you to choose shipping carriers and services and manage shipment of items sold on eBay.

Protection details
- "Item Not Received" (“INR”) defects will be automatically removed.
- INR will not be counted in Service Metrics.
- "Late Shipment Rate" will not be evaluated.
- Neutral or Negative Feedback related to INR will be automatically removed.
Applicable conditions
If you use eBay SpeedPAK and meet all of the following conditions, seller protection will be applied automatically:
- The item is located in UAE.
- The item is shipped within the handling time you set.
- You have uploaded a SpeedPAK tracking number starting with "EX", "EM" or "EE".
Note
- Sellers are requested to take appropriate action in the case of INR so that buyers do not request eBay intervention.
- Seller protection is applied automatically every Monday for all the transactions of the past week.
- Transactions shipped with SpeedPAK are not included in the number of transactions (base number) evaluated by Service Metrics.
