eBay now manages payments.
If eBay sends your sales proceeds directly to your bank account or to your Payoneer account, and you see Available funds in your payments summary, then your account is already activated for managed payments and the fees on this page doesn’t apply to you. Any items sold once eBay starts managing your payments will be subject to these fees.
When you create a listing, eBay charges a fee. They’re called Insertion Fees.
Zero Insertion Fee Listings
Every month you get a number of Zero Insertion Fee Listings. The number varies depending on which international eBay website you post your listings and whether you are a business seller.
The number of Zero Insertion Fee Listings is in the table below (this number may be exceeded if you have an eBay Store subscription).
Amount of Insertion fee
After you've used your Zero Insertion Fee allowance, insertion fees are:
- Non-refundable if your item doesn't sell
- Charged per listing and per category. So, if you list your item in two categories, you'll pay an insertion fee for the second category too
- Charged for the original listing and each time you choose to relist your item
- Charged per listing if you create Duplicate Auction-style Listings for identical items
- Charged only once per listing for listings with multiple items
Insertion Fees vary depending on the starting price of the item, the item category you choose to list in, the international eBay website you list your items on and whether you are a business seller.

Good 'Til Cancelled Listings
Good 'Til Cancelled listings are fixed price listings that renew automatically once per calendar month. eBay charges the Insertion Fees and applicable Optional Listing Upgrade Fees (e.g., for using a bold font or subtitles) when you list your item for the first time, and each time it renews. These listings count towards your monthly Zero Insertion Fee Listings. Fee amounts are based on the terms in effect when the listing goes live and when it renews.

Optional Listing Upgrades Fees
Optional listing upgrades help your listings to stand out and attract buyers' attention. Some of them, however, such as bold font or listings with subtitles are paid. The amount of this fee depends on the item's price and the listing format and duration.
Final Value Fees
This fee depends on the Item category, the item’s price and international eBay site (e. g. ebay.de, ebay.it, etc.). The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the sale, including the shipping cost, and in most cases is about 10%.
Promoted Listing Fees
To increase item visibility try using Promoted Listings. A Promoted Listings fee is only charged when a buyer clicks on the promoted listing and purchases the promoted item within 30 days of that click.
