Promotion Period
From the point that you fulfill the Incentive Criteria, this Promotion will be valid for 3 consecutive billing cycles between 10 January 2026 – 31 January 2027.

Incentive Value
If you fulfil the Incentive Criteria during the Promotion Period, eBay will make an incentive payment to you (the “Incentive”) equivalent to:
- 3 months of your eBay Store’s subscription fees
Incentive Criteria (Promotion Specific)
To qualify for an Incentive payment, you must, during the Promotion Period and using this eBay account, meet or exceed the following before 31st January 2027:
- Subscribe for an eBay Store which is Basic, Premium or Anchor and
- Maintain your eBay Store subscription throughout the Promotion Period.
Note 1: Incentive will not apply retrospectively to eBay Store subscriptions that commenced before the Promotion Period.
Note 2: If the last day of the Store promotion is different from the last day of the calendar month, you will be charged for the remaining days of the running month. The charge will be billed on the last day of the month in which the Subscription period ends.
Incentive Criteria (General)
At all times during the Promotion Period you must ensure that you:
- never have a negative balance on your eBay seller account;
- maintain an “Above Standard” eBay seller status;
- are not subject to eBay action(s) under BBE Outlier or similar; and
- do not breach any eBay Policies.
Key Definitions
In this Promotion the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
“BBE Outlier” means a bad buyer experience (“BBE”) rate outlier policy. Sellers with a higher than average BBE rate may be subject to a range of actions (for more information, click here).
“eBay Policies” means any and all policies maintained by eBay in connection with its business, as may be amended from time to time.
“eBay Store” is an ecommerce solution available on eBay that lets you display your listings in a single, branded location, gives you access to additional tools to manage your business, along with discounted fees and an increased number of free listings per month. “INR” means Item Not Received. Sellers with a higher than average INR rate may be subject to a range of actions (for more information, refer to BBE Outlier).
Incentive Payment
Incentive payments under this Promotion are subject to the following:
- An eBay Store subscription will be deemed to start on the day of sign-up and must remain active after the Promotion Period at the level and for the term selected during sign up; and
- The maximum value of the Incentive will be based on the eBay Store subscription level that you select during sign up.
Promotion terms & conditions
By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in full at Promotion T&Cs (the “Promotion T&Cs”).
Here is a summary of the key points in the Promotion T&Cs:
- Participation: Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee entitlement to any Incentive.
- eBay’s Determination: eBay’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final.
- Confidentiality: You may not disclose or publicize any of eBay’s confidential information to any third party, including to any current or former eBay Sellers or Buyers.
- Construction: If there is any conflict between the Promotion T&Cs and the eBay Policies, the eBay Policies shall take precedence.
