How does the CBT Seller Dashboard work
Mastering the CBT Seller Dashboard is the way to customer loyalty and return buyers. You'll save time, improve service, and know how to increase sales while reducing defects and problem transactions. By providing standout customer service, you can let buyers shop with confidence and maintain your seller standards which will potentially help to achieve an eBay Top Rated Seller status.
The CBT Seller Dashboard has two sections: Performance dashboard and Sales & Marketing Events.
Here you will find the Cross-Border Selling Performance tab and the Global Selling Performance tab.
Cross-Border Selling Performance tab
Track the BBE percentage performance, and INR rate.
There are 4 assessment statuses on the performance dashboard.
Compliant
All your transactions meet the policy requirements.
Non-compliant
Your transactions didn’t meet the minimum policy requirement. This status won’t escalate to “Action Taken” if your account is already under action for violating another eBay policy or the total number of your transaction(s) is below threshold.
Warning
Your account is flagged for non-compliance for the first time. This means action isn’t already being taken against your account and you’ve passed the transaction threshold. Please improve your performance before the next evaluation.
Action Taken
Your account has passed the warning stage and it has been penalized for non-compliance.
Note: If there are no transactions that require evaluation, the dashboard will show “-” (dash).
Every Wednesday: Dashboard data is updated. Stay vigilant and check your dashboard weekly to avoid falling into a non-compliant status.
Every alternate Monday: Your INR evaluation happens.
Global selling performance tab
Compare your seller standard and service metrics against the standards of eBay markets (1).
Here you can rate your Seller Performance Standards (2), Transaction Defect Rate (3), Cases Closed Without Seller Resolution (CCWSR) (4), and Late Shipment Rate (5).
In this section, you can access detailed information about exclusive Seller Incentive Programs (SIPs) designed to accelerate your growth.
Here you will find the All Campaigns tab (1), eBay Deals & Events tab (2) and eBay Best Sellers Event tab (3). In the right-hand corner of each, you’ll find the Search option.
- Explore details of ongoing campaigns under Active Campaigns (1), including Show All Campaigns, Open for Registration, Approval in Progress, Active, and Reward or Coupon Cost Under Validation
- Review completed campaigns under Completed Campaigns (2), with options to Show All Campaigns, Reward Claimed, and view Available Campaign Details
- Click on the question mark icon (3) and find out how to join Seller Incentive Programs

- Go to https://export.dashboard.ebay.com for HiPO sellers and https://dashboard.ebay.in/ for Indian sellers and sign in with your eBay username and password.
