How to pay eBay invoice

With eBay Managing Payments, you do not need to worry about being invoiced or missing on making payments towards your eBay fees.

Your fees and other selling costs are automatically deducted from your sales proceeds.  This means that eBay will deduct fees and expenses related to your sales from your funds prior to payout. Examples of eBay selling fees include but are not limited to: insertion fees, promoted listings, listing upgrades, and Store subscription fees.

Will I still receive a monthly invoice?

When eBay manages your payments, you will no longer receive a monthly invoice and all of your eBay selling fees and expenses, will be deducted from your earnings. If your earnings are not sufficient to cover these amounts, we will charge your payment method on file (debit or credit card). You will still be able to download invoices from the Reports tab under Payments tab in Seller Hub.

You’ll need to set up a valid payment method to cover your selling costs in case your sales proceeds are insufficient in your eBay account.

You may find information on fees and expenses via the reports functionality in the Payments tab in Seller Hub.

Grievance Redressal

If you have any concerns about auto debits from your card, please contact the eBay payment team at: . If you fail to resolve your concerns through the eBay payment team, the credit of eBay selling fees in your eBay account may be reversed. This may result in your eBay account being put on hold or suspended depending on how long your eBay selling fees remain unpaid.
