Crossborder Parcel Shipping Solution (“CPaSS”) is a multi carrier shipping service management platform developed by eBay that allows you to choose available shipping carriers and services and manage shipment of items you sell on eBay.

eBay SpeedPAK is the shipping service, provided by Orange Connex (“OC”), available only on CPaSS. eBay SpeedPAK allows sellers to deliver their products to their buyers quickly and at a good price. OC is a supply chain service provider, with a track record of delivering hundreds of millions of items to buyers in over 50 countries.

eBay SpeedPAK offers the following benefits:

• Special rates for shipping services
• No additional charges for certain services 
• You can choose the most suitable shipping service depending on the type of package: small or large
• Seller protection exclusively for eBay SpeedPAK users
• Customer support provided by OC via email and chat

We’ve created a simple step by step note to help you register for CPaSS and OC.

The above note will also guide you on registering for OC. OC accounts usually take 1-3 business days to be verified.

eBay does not charge any fees for CPaSS services. However, depending on the carrier and shipping service you choose, carrier charges apply.

Once you register for OC, you don’t need to separately register for DHL. Also, even if you already have a DHL account, you must/can register for eBay SpeedPAK-DHL Express.

eBay SpeedPAK for UAE supports multiple payment methods, including PayPal balance, credit cards, local debit cards, and bank transfers.

eBay SpeedPAK operates on a pay-per-transaction basis. When placing an order for eBay SpeedPAK services, payment is calculated based on the declared weight and dimensions of your shipment. If there are any discrepancies between the declared and actual measurements, additional charges may be applied after the carrier picks up the item.

SpeedPAK offers the following seller protections:

• Item Not Received (“INR”) will be automatically deleted
• INR is not counted in Service Metrics
• "Late Shipment Rate" will not be evaluated in Service Metrics
• Neutral or Negative Feedback related to INR will be automatically removed

In order to avail the seller protection on SpeedPAK, you must ensure:

• The item location is within UAE
• Ship the item within the handling time you set
• Upload a SpeedPAK tracking number correctly

Currently, CPaSS is only supported on the desktop.

After you have successfully registered your OC account, you can check the price list on the SpeedPAK Seller Portal. You must be logged in to CPaSS to access the SpeedPAK Seller Portal. You can calculate the price based on your item conditions and download the pricelist by clicking on the “Download Price List” on the top right.

Currently, the SpeedPAK Seller Portal is only accessible through CPaSS.

1. Log in to CPaSS.
2. Click on Settings on top right.
3. Click on Bring your own account tab on the left.
4. Click on Settings in blue text under the green button in the Orange Connex (UAE) box.
5. Click Go to SpeedPAK Seller Portal to access the SpeedPAK Seller Portal.

There are three types of OC accounts: Corporate, Individual, and Sole proprietor. Based on the type of account you choose, OC will require you to submit different types of documents/information.

1. Company Account: You must enter your company’s 15-digit Tax Registration Number (“TRN”).
2. Personal account: Please fill in your full name, address and contact details.
3. Sole proprietor: You must upload a business start-up notification issued by Ministry of Economy — UAE.
