What is CPaSS?
CPaSS is eBay’s cross-border parcel shipping solution. It’s an advanced but easy-to-use platform created for those who struggle with managing orders of multiple accounts. At the first stage, the carrier integration includes only DHL shipping, and in the near future it will be extended to FedEx and local posts.
In today’s rapidly evolving e-commerce environment, manual order management often results in human error, longer order processing and higher operating costs. CPaSS helps sellers overcome these challenges and streamline the workflow, ensuring better performance and buyer satisfaction.

Seller Protection for CPaSS
To be under Seller Protection, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Your registration country should be in the emerging markets region*
- Transaction should have been fulfilled on CPaSS within your handling time (tracking number generated and updated to eBay system via CPASS)
- Acceptance scan (AScan) i.e. Shipment handover confirmation by carrier should be received within your promised handling time
If these criteria are covered, you’ll be protected from these defects:
- Late Shipment Rate (LSR)
- Item Not Received (INR)
- Negative and Neutral Feedback (NNF) related to LSR/INR will be removed from your feedback profile page and seller dashboard
- This will help you Improve your eBay account standards and maintain a healthy positive feedback rate
