This course provides an overview of key policies, performance standards, and service expectations that eBay sellers are expected to follow  to build a sustainable and compliant business.   • Effectively manage returns and understand how the eBay Money Back Guarantee (eMBG) policy works, including timelines and resolutions 
  • Gain a foundational understanding of bad buyer experience (BBE) policies and their role in maintaining seller performance
