Important news and updates
Important updates to Promoted Listings are rolled out on ebay.de
Starting February 26, 2025, items listed on ebay.de and promoted with a priority campaign strategy will have exclusive access to the first ad slot position at the top of eBay search results. Items promoted with a general campaign strategy will use the updated attribution definition when reporting sales and charging ad fees.
Service standard policy — bad buyer experience rate
eBay is committed to provide a trusted marketplace and a world-class customer experience. eBay therefore requires that sellers place great importance on buyers' experience and work hard on product and service quality control to reduce the bad buyer experience rate.
Final value fee changes in most categories
Starting February 14, 2025, eBay will be adjusting final value fees in most categories with increases ranging up to a maximum of 0.35%. These changes affect ebay.com, as well as ebay.ca and cafr.ebay.ca.
