Incentive Value

If you fulfill the Incentive Criteria during the Promotion Period, eBay will make an incentive payment to you (the “Incentive”) equivalent to 30% of the applicable Promoted Offsite Advertising Fees that you paid during the Promotion Period.

Incentive Criteria (Promotion Specific)

To qualify for an Incentive payment, you must, during the Promotion Period and using this eBay account, meet or exceed the following:

Incentive Criteria (General)

At all times during the Promotion Period, you must ensure that you:

never have a negative balance on your eBay seller account;
maintain an “Above Standard” eBay seller status;
are not subject to eBay action(s) under BBE Outlier or similar; and
do not breach any eBay Policies.

Note: Accounts that do not successfully opt into the Promotion cannot enjoy the Incentive offered by this Promotion.

Key Definitions

In this Promotion, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

BBE Outlier” means a bad buyer experience (“BBE”) rate outlier policy. Sellers with a higher than average BBE rate may be subject to a range of actions (for more information, click here).

“eBay Policies” means any and all policies maintained by eBay in connection with its business, as may be amended from time to time.

“INR” means Item Not Received. Sellers with a higher than average INR rate may be subject to a range of actions (for more information, refer to BBE Outlier).

“Promoted Offsite” means a promotional eBay tool that helps sellers expand the reach of their listings by attracting interested buyers beyond eBay platform. It gives sellers the ability to further promote their listings on leading external channels, like Google, so they can capture a wider audience and help drive more traffic to their listings.

“Promoted Offsite Advertising Fees” means a fee charged by eBay to sellers up to their target daily budget for a buyer clicking on the Promoted Offsite.

“Promotional Offers Tab” means the tab in Seller Hub labelled “Promotional Offers”, a tool for eBay sellers to manage promotions to encourage sales and growth for their business.

“Promotion Participation Link” means a link that reflects on your Seller Hub. eBay Seller can participate in this Promotion by clicking on the link.

“Seller Hub” means your centralized hub for seller account management, providing an overview of your sales performance, listing activity, and alerts for any issues or necessary actions.

Setting Up Promoted Offsite Campaign after Activation

To set up a Promoted Offsite campaign after Activation, you can follow the steps below:

Access: Go to Seller Hub > Advertising - Dashboard, and then click on “Create new campaign. To setup your Promoted Offsite campaign see steps below.

Incentive Payment

Please note the following in relation to this Promotion:

you will be able to use the Incentive within 24 hours of clicking on the Promotion Participation Link;
the Incentive can only be used during the Promotion Period;
the balance of your Incentive will be displayed on your Seller Hub under the Promotional Offers Tab throughout the Promotion Period or until it is used up; and
the Incentive is limited to US$2,000 per eBay seller (converted into the currency of Applicable eBay Site).

Promotion Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in full at Promotion T&Cs (the “Promotion T&Cs”).

Here is a summary of the key points in the Promotion T&Cs:

Participation: Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee entitlement to any Incentive.
eBay’s Determination: eBay’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final.
Confidentiality: You may not disclose or publicize any of eBay’s confidential information to any third party, including to any current or former eBay Sellers or Buyers.
Construction: If there is any conflict between the Promotion T&Cs and the eBay Policies, the eBay Policies shall take precedence.
