Incentive Criteria (Promotion Specific)

To qualify for an Incentive payment, you must, during the Promotion Period and using this eBay account, meet or exceed the following:

1. submit Eligible Listings to the Seller Dashboard before the Last Submission Date (i.e. [Date]);
   (From the Eligible Listings that you have submitted, eBay will (i) choose Selected Listings for this Promotion and (ii) endeavour to automatically display the Promotion Price for the Selected Listings at least 24 hours before the commencement of the Promotion Period
2. Before the Promotion Period, you must ensure that the display price of each Selected Listing has been updated to the Promotion Price;
3. display the Promotion Price for the Selected Listings throughout the Promotion Period; and
4. sell each Selected Listing at a price no higher than the Promotion Price.

Note 1: If seller adds any multi-variation listing or new listing during the Promotion Period, no Incentive will be paid in relation to such listing.)

Note 2: Post the Promotion Period,

1. eBay will endeavour to automatically set the display price back to the pre-Promotion Price;
2. Seller should check the post Promotion display price and may freely update the display price and sell at any price of their choice;

Note 3: eBay will not pay any Incentive on Items sold after the Promotion Period)

Key Definitions

In this Promotion, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

“Eligible Listing” means a listing submitted by the seller for this Promotion that:

1. has a fixed price;
2. includes photographs that comply with eBay’s Photo Policy; and
3. is accompanied by the Promotion Price.

“eBay Policies” means any and all policies maintained by eBay in connection with its business, as may be amended from time to time.

“Listing Subsidy” is a subsidy amount for the relevant Selected Listing payable by eBay as per Seller Dashboard.

“Promotion Price” means the display price of the relevant Selected Listing which the seller agrees to for the Promotion Period, which must be lower than the lowest selling price for that listing in the previous 30 days.

“Selected Listing” means an Eligible Listing that eBay has selected for this Promotion from the Eligible Listings that you submitted through your Seller Dashboard.

“Seller Dashboard” means your eBay dashboard that showcases your selling performance and Sales & Marketing Events. All information related to this Promotion can be found on ‘Sales & Marketing Events’ tab. Please use the applicable link below to access your Seller Dashboard:

“Successful Transaction” means a transaction that meets all of the Incentive Criteria and excludes transactions:

1. that is refunded (whether fully or partially), not completed or cancelled subsequently;
2. where the Items are either returned or disputed by the buyer for any reason, including (but not limited to) in connection with any claim on account of ‘Item Not Received’ or Item ‘Significantly Not As Described’ that is decided against the eBay seller; and
3. Items that remain unpaid for.
