What you need to know
Earlier this year, we announced an exciting new way to help boost your listings’ visibility — our collaboration with Facebook Marketplace. This update helps you extend your reach into a new pool of potential buyers, by showing select listings directly on Facebook Marketplace.
We’re continuing to expand the number of listings shown, maximizing your visibility at no additional cost to you.
How it works
Eligible eBay listings will appear seamlessly integrated into Facebook Marketplace’s feed, marked with a “partnership” icon .
Your listings will display the pricing, listing details, and shipping options you've set on eBay. Currently, only listings with shipping options are shown on Facebook Marketplace, so there's no need to adjust your shipping policies or offer local pickup.
When buyers find your listing, they'll complete their purchase through eBay’s checkout process. You'll manage the transaction just like any other eBay sale, with all the usual protections and security you enjoy as an eBay seller.
Plus, there’s no additional cost to you. It’s just one more way we help you increase visibility of your listings.
Next steps
You don’t need to take any action to benefit from increased visibility on Facebook Marketplace. As long as your account is in good standing, your listings may appear on Facebook Marketplace based on interest, trends, and listing quality.
