as part of our Growth Program
Phone & Email support is only available for eligible sellers invited by registered e-mail or through My eBay > Messages.
In order to use the phone support, you will need to be logged into your account and follow the steps below.
- Click on Help & Contact (at the top left of your eBay portal once logged in)
- Click on Contact Us (at the bottom of the page)
- Click on Selling
- Choose the topic that best suits what you would like to review
- Click on “Call Us” or “email us” at the bottom of the page
- For the Phone support you will get the dial number and code to call
