Phone & Email support is only available for eligible sellers invited by registered e-mail or through My eBay > Messages.
In order to use the phone support, you will need to be logged into your account and follow the steps below.

  1. Click on Help & Contact (at the top left of your eBay portal once logged in)
  2. Click on Contact Us (at the bottom of the page)
  3. Click on Selling
  4. Choose the topic that best suits what you would like to review
  5. Click on “Call Us” or “email us” at the bottom of the page
  6. For the Phone support you will get the dial number and code to call
